Jerry Friedman
Jerry is Chairman and CEO of the Marvin Group, which he has led for 50 years. Its current consolidated group of companies include: Marvin Engineering Co., Inc. (MEC); Aerospace Dynamics Int’l. (ADI); Marvin Land Systems, Inc. (MLS); Marvin Test Solutions, Inc.(MTS); Clean Water Technologies (CWT); and Flyer Defense LLC.
Jerry holds a B.S. in Accounting (Summa Cum Laude) and a M.B.A., both from UCLA where he was also president of Beta Gamma Sigma (Business Honorary) and No. 1 in his graduating class. He is a veteran of the United States Army where he served as a 1st Lt. in the Artillery Corps.
A big sports enthusiast, Jerry has competed in the International Maccabiah Games representing the United States where he earned two Gold and one Silver Medal in tennis during 2005. He was also a member of the UCLA Men’s Basketball team under legendary coach John Wooden and locally was "All City" at Hollywood High in basketball.
Armik Shahnazarian
Armik Shahnazarian has stepped into the role of General Manager of Marvin Land Systems. Armik, who recently celebrated 12 years with MLS, served most recently as a Program Manager, assumes responsibilities and oversight for all of MLS’ ongoing programs, including power and thermal management work on the Stryker, Bradley, M1A2SEPv3 Abrams, Textron’s Ship-to-Shore Connector (SSC) and the Flyer Light Tactical Vehicle, among others.
