10kW Low Profile APU
This low-profile APU was designed specifically for the modernization of the M1A2 Abrams Main Battle Tank via the SEPv3 upgrade, providing the vehicle with additional power generation capabilities.
The APU provides 10kW output power at 28VDC. It consists of a customized water-cooled Hatz single cylinder direct injection engine, and a 28 Volt DC brushless permanent magnet generator.
